Do you offer wholesale of your products?
We work very hard to source our products, including our hand-made textiles, so that retailers can carry them in their stores. You can find more information about our current line of products on our Wholesale page or view our catalog!
Does your design service include commercial projects and art licensing?

I'm a bride with a limited budget, do you offer pre-designed invitations? What about digital designs?
We have fully-designed wedding Collection suites available for our brides! Each suite offer a full range of stationery pieces that coordinates together. Our Collection invitations require very little customization and all of the calligraphy is still custom and written by Yao. A basic set of 100 invites + RSVP's start at $650. We can work with brides on digital designs if other printed pieces are purchased through our pre-designed or custom services. Printed stationery is our way of making sure the coloration and paper stock options are up to our standards. We work with a trusted, quality printing vendor here in the USA. For this reason, we prefer to ship our invitations to you as printed stationeries, ready to be posted in the mail!
Do you offer custom (Bespoke) wedding invitation designs?
Yes, indeed! Yao is known for creating custom invitations for her brides. With Bespoke, the world is your oyster! We can work with you on custom maps, unique invitations, seating charts, signature drink menus and so much more. Our wedding stationeries include calligraphy that are hand-written by Yao, and because we offer addressing envelopes, all of your calligraphy wording will match perfectly. Do you have online tutorials or offer watercolor workshops?
Yao loves sharing how she create watercolors with others. She has a full series of fun & easy online tutorials that are available through Creativebug. 2018 in-person watercolor workshops are available in Columbus, Ohio. Stay tuned for travel workshops around the country on Instagram and Facebook!
Do you offer personal, custom watercolor commissions?
Yao can create a custom, one-of-a-kind watercolor just for you! Check out our Commissions section to learn more! Pricing begins at $350 for an 8" x 10", but it depends on the complexity of the subject involved. Please email us with details about what you are envisioning, including size and the subject matter.

What type of paper do you print on for art prints?
Our paper stock is archival, 100% cotton rag, 330gsm in weight and acid free so that your print will never fade in color!
Are your tea towels machine washable? Will they fade in color over time?
Yes, they are designed and made to last! You can throw them in the washer as often as you'd like. (we recommend warm water and tumble dry low) In fact, they become even softer with more washes and use! We spent many months to find the right printing method and fabric so that they are color-fast and washable. You can read more about it here.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
It takes about 3-5 days for us to package and ship orders, unless stated otherwise. Once your order is carefully packaged, it will be on its way to you! We use USPS for our domestic and international orders. Please expect another 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 2-5 weeks for international orders.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to provide you with a full refund or exchange of goods (excluding the shipping charge if it is not due to an error on our end) provided that you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. If your item was damaged upon receiving it, please send us a photo of the product within 10 days and we will be more than happy to issue you a full refund.
