TRANSIT TIME: We ship our orders within 2-4 business days. Orders go out on Tuesdays and Fridays. Timing extends to 5-7 business days during the Holidays. Expedited shipping services are available.
DOMESTIC: USPS is our carrier. We offer First Class and Priority shipping options.
INTERNATIONAL: We offer First Class International and Priority International. Please note that USPS First Class does not provide tracking once it leaves the USA. If you view the tracking information and it says "processed through a USPS sorting facility" that means it is on its way! Allow 2-5 weeks for your package to arrive.

ART PRINTS (11” X 14” AND SMALLER): We are eco-friendly. That is why we use/reuse recycled packaging as much as possible. Each art print is sleeved in a plant-based sleeve with a backing board. They are then protected with sturdy fiber boards and placed in a recycled and thick envelope to ensure a safe arrival to you!
ART PRINTS (16” X 20” AND LARGER): They are carefully rolled, placed in a protective sleeve, and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube for safe arrival at your doorstep.
TEA TOWELS: Every tea towel is carefully pressed and sewn by hand, locally here in Ohio. We then wrap it with care in tissue paper and ship it in a sturdy box.
GIFT WRAP: Each set of 3 sheets are rolled together. To reduce shipping cost, all additional sheets are rolled together. They are shipped in a sturdy tube.
ORIGINALS: Every painting is shipped via USPS Priority with insurance for domestic and international orders.

We are happy to provide you with a full refund or exchange for goods (shipping fee will be deducted if the return is not due to an error on our end) in their original condition.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are not provided for Art Print sizes 16" x 20" and larger.
If an item was damaged upon receiving it, please contact us with a photo of the product within 14 days of receiving it and we will be more than happy to work with you to replace your items!
