Shipping policy
Yao believes in bringing you the most beautiful art possible into your home. That is why every order is thoughtfully packaged and shipped from Yao’s studio in Columbus, Ohio.
Carrier: USPS.
Free Pickups: In-person pickups are free and located in downtown Columbus, Ohio. Make an appointment before you stop by!
Processing Time: 3-5 business days. Weekly shippings happen Tuesdays and Fridays. Timing can extend to 5-7 business days during peak holidays.
International: USPS First Class International does not provide tracking once it leaves the USA. If you view the tracking information and it says "processed through a USPS sorting facility" that means it is on its way! Allow 2-6 weeks for your package to arrive.
VAT Tax: Local postal/customs authority handles VAT collection at the border.
