Yao Cheng’s Art Prints are luxurious, archival reproductions of her soothing watercolors. Every print is printed and hand-cut in her art studio in Ohio, USA. This allows Yao to perfect the coloration and quality of the artwork. Each size is standard for easy framing.
Paper: 305 gsm archival matte, 100% cotton rag with a watercolor texture and acid free.
Title + Signature: Title of the artwork is on the bottom left, and Yao's signature is on the bottom right.
Size: Standard for matte-openings and easy framing.
Margins: .125" - .5" on all sides, varies based on size.
Return/Exchange: Not available for 16” x 20” and larger.
Shipping: 8" x 10" & 11" x 14" prints are shipped flat in a bio-degradable sleeve. Larger sizes are shipped in a sturdy tube.
Possible Shipping Delay: 30" x 40" sizes and up. This can happen with USPS. Email for questions or concerns.

Yao believes deeply in bringing the most beautiful art possible to your home. That is why every order is packaged by hand. Shipped from Yao’s studio in Columbus, Ohio.
Carrier: USPS First Class, Priority and International First Class.
Transit time: Weekly shippings on Tuesdays and Fridays. Timing can extend to 5-7 business days during peak holidays. Expedited shipping services are available.
Free Pickups: In-person pickups are free and located in downtown Columbus, Ohio. Make an appointment before you stop by!
Domestic: First Class and Priority shipping.
International: First Class International shipping available. USPS First Class does not provide tracking once it leaves the USA. If you view the tracking information and it says "processed through a USPS sorting facility" that means it is on its way! Allow 2-6weeks for your package to arrive.
packaging
Yao strives to be as environmentally friendly as possible! That is why we use or reuse recycled packaging and compostable bags whenever possible. Yao also wants you to experience the joy of art as soon as you open your package, so every part of our packaged order to you is handled with care.
Art Prints (up to 11” x 14”): Each print is sleeved in a plant-based sleeve with a backing board. They are then protected with sturdy fiber boards and placed in a recycled and thick envelope to ensure a safe arrival to you!
Art Prints (16” x 20” and larger): They are carefully rolled, placed in a protective sleeve, and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube for safe arrival at your doorstep.
returns and exchanges
Yao is happy to provide you with a full refund or exchange for goods in their original condition. Shipping fee will be deducted if the return is not due to an error on our end. Please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damaged Items: If an item was damaged upon receiving it, please email a photo of the product within 14 days and we will be more than happy to work with you to replace your items! Available for international orders.
Returns (Art Prints): Only available for regular-priced (domestic) 8” x 10” and 11” x 14” items.
Exchanges: We will process your order as a return, and you can place a new order whenever you would like. Not available for international orders.
