returns and exchanges
We are happy to provide you with a full refund or exchange for goods in their original condition. Shipping fee will be deducted if the return is not due to an error on our end. Please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If an item was damaged upon receiving it, please email a photo of the product within 14 days and we will be more than happy to work with you to replace your items! Available for international orders.
RETURNS: Not applicable for Art Print sizes 16" x 20" and larger. Not available for international orders.
EXCHANGES: We will process your order as a return, and you can place a new order whenever you would like. Not available for international orders.
packaging
We understand the importance of being environmentally friendly. That is why we use/reuse recycled packaging and compostable bags whenever possible. Yao also wants you to experience the joy of art as soon as you open your package, so every part of our packaged order to you is handled with care.
ART PRINTS (11” X 14” AND SMALLER): Each print is sleeved in a plant-based sleeve with a backing board. They are then protected with sturdy fiber boards and placed in a recycled and thick envelope to ensure a safe arrival to you!
ART PRINTS (16” X 20” AND LARGER): They are carefully rolled, placed in a protective sleeve, and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube for safe arrival at your doorstep.
TEA TOWELS: Every tea towel is carefully pressed and sewn by hand, locally here in Ohio. We then wrap it with care in tissue paper and ship it in a sturdy box.
ORIGINALS: Every painting is shipped via USPS Priority with insurance for domestic and international orders.

TRANSIT TIME: We ship Yao’s art on Tuesdays and Fridays. Timing can extend to 5-7 business days during holidays. Expedited shipping services are available.
DOMESTIC: USPS is our carrier. We offer First Class and Priority shipping options.
INTERNATIONAL: We offer First Class International and Priority International. Please note that USPS First Class does not provide tracking once it leaves the USA. If you view the tracking information and it says "processed through a USPS sorting facility" that means it is on its way! Please allow 2-6weeks for your package to arrive.
